This Privacy Policy explains how Utility Tools ("we", "the app") handles information when you visit the site or use any of its 20 browser-based tools. The short version: the app was designed so that there is no data for us to collect, misuse, or leak.

We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell any of the following:

• Your files - documents, images, audio, video, archives or any other content you process with the tools.
• Personal information - there are no accounts, no sign-ups, and we never ask for your name, email address, or payment details.
• Usage analytics - the app ships no analytics, telemetry, session recording, or fingerprinting scripts.
• Advertising identifiers - there are no ads and no third-party ad networks.

You can verify this yourself: open your browser's network inspector while using any tool. File processing produces no network requests because every converter runs locally in your tab.

Every tool runs entirely inside your browser. When you drop a file into a converter, it is read into memory on your device using standard browser APIs (FileReader, Canvas, WebAssembly). Conversion happens in that memory and the result is written straight back to your disk via a download. The data never leaves your computer, and it is discarded when you close or reload the tab.

To make the app useful between visits, a small amount of non-personal data is saved in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. It includes:

• Favorite and recently used tools (so the home page can show them).
• Countdown timers you create in the Cinematic Countdown tool, including optional background images you attach.
• Drafts and preferences inside individual tools (for example proposal details or profile-card fields).
• Your chosen keyboard and interface preferences.

You can erase all of it at any time using the "Clear saved data" button in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser settings. Uninstalling the app also removes cached assets.

Utility Tools is a Progressive Web App. A service worker caches the app shell and static assets on your device so the tools keep working offline. The cache contains only the app's own code and assets - never your files. You can remove it by clearing site data or uninstalling the app.

The app makes no third-party requests for its core functionality. Two exceptions apply:

• Fonts - typefaces are loaded from the Google Fonts CDN. When your browser fetches fonts, your IP address is disclosed to Google under Google's own privacy policy.
• External links - the footer may link to third-party services (such as the voluntary "Buy me a coffee" page). If you follow those links, the destination site's privacy policy applies.

The app is safe for all ages precisely because it collects nothing. Since we have no accounts and collect no personal information, we cannot knowingly or unknowingly retain data from children under 13 (or any other age group).

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to export, correct, or request deletion of - you already have full control. All data the app uses lives in your browser under your command: clear it with the "Clear saved data" footer button, use the app offline, or block storage entirely in your browser settings and the tools will still function.

If privacy regulations such as the GDPR or CCPA apply to you, note that the app's architecture collects no personal data from you in the first place, which is the strongest form of compliance available.

If the app's architecture ever changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. We will never introduce data collection silently - the no-upload promise is the product.
